Download the Rwiqha app, browse the stores and products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive updates on your order through the app until it arrives at your door.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?+
We deliver across major cities in Saudi Arabia and many popular camping destinations. Most orders arrive within minutes to a few hours depending on your location and the chosen store. Estimated time is shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Mada, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available in the app. All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes.
What is your return and refund policy?+
Return and refund eligibility depends on the product category and the partner store's policy. Please contact our support team within the timeframe shown at checkout to start a return.
